That is an awesomely brilliant page! Excellent job illustrating the chaotic mess that’s going on there. I love the POV, too.

Ok, it’s not as bad as I thought it would be. You didn’t do a giant blood splattered panel of horsey brains. I won’t have to call PETFA after all.
evaD makes a great point about the perspective. The coach-cam effect at Shan’s eye level gives a real feeling of it barreling down on him.

How to make my morning great: Brilliant sketch and an amazing page. Many thanks Dave!

Not as good as horse punching, but I’ll accept it.

OK, the kid in me just jumped out and said: “That was freaking SWEEEEEET!”

Between this comic and LOST, Tuesdays may just be my favourite of all the days.

Jeeezus. You can hear the wreckage just consume the space around him. Well done!

You control the vertical; YOU control the horizontal!
Loving it!
Got my sketch last week, and it is, indeed, FREKKING SWEER!
March 9th, 2010 at 10:49 am
Sweer, indeed.

This is a great page. The lines and concept of motion are just amazing.

Now THAT is storytelling!

Thanks, guys! I wasn’t sure how to depict this scene at first, in fact it was written differently in the script, but then this idea came and I went with it. No horsey brains required.
Simon: Glad you like the sketch!
Dadzarro: Glad to hear your sketch arrived safely, sorry it took me so long to get it out.

It looks like someone is going to wake up with a big head ache.

It’s a good thing I love you, otherwise I would consider injuring you… These pages are just sick, man. You should be proud of what you guys are doing for sure.

Wow! That dude is hard core!
March 9th, 2010 at 9:53 pm
Catching a stagecoach, the hard way…
But “Hard core”? I think not!
He’s crouched in the same position as a kid who expects to be pounded by a bully, and I should know – I’ve been in that position.
Actually, my first thought was, “Focus your Chi, young one, and imagine going THROUGH the target.”
Anyway, watching him makes me laugh. I’m not sure why… 😀
