Don’t fight, fellas – I’m sure there will be enough to go around.
Love that top panel!
Oh! And I also love my sketch card! I’ve been happy reading along online here, but having the card in hand and seeing the detail, well, now I am just dying to see this story in print. Figuratively, that is…

Dang. That’s pretty metal. Throw in a dragon bursting out of a mesa and Ronnie James Dio will be knockin’ on your door any minute!

Nice color. Like the redish tone around the eyes.

WOO HOO! The Eisner nominated The Guns of Shadow Valley is back, what a great day!
p.s. – does anyone else keep loosing the staring contest with the first panel? That coyote has note blinked all morning. 🙂

So glad the new chapter has begun! I’ve said it from the beginning, Dave’s animals need to be award winning tattoo art as well. I would love to have a crow and cat by Dave done.

I’m super glad that I found out about this comic through it’s nomination for an Eisner. I’m hoping to read all 5 nominated comics before the award is given out. This has been my favorite so far thanks to my recently renewed interest in cowboys, the Old West and the like. I can’t wait to find out what happens this chapter.

Beautiful page! Looks like the stagecoach is a mess, though.

Hmmmmm…. wolves and crows. Are they more than what they seem, too? I guess we have to wait to see if the horses are OK. Another beautiful page. And Eisner-winning, too, doncha know?

Beautiful work as always. Very nice mood setting and you’ve got your animal depictions down solid! Looking forward to more!

I’m a new reader, but I went through all the archives last night and I gotta say that this series is great! I added it to my google reader feed so that I’m sure not to miss any new pages. Awesome work guys and congrats on the Eisner nod, it’s well deserved.
