Come ON now! Don’t take it out on the horse!

Sweet . . . a Cyborg Cowboy. OK, I know’s he’s not a cowboy, but still . . . sweet.
Oh, and the Green Arrow looks sooooo nice!

I really like the action captured in the panel as Bale pulls the horse down. Especially the wild gleam in Bale’s eyes – that came through great.

El Dave: I know, right? What a jerk!
Steeven: Glad you dig the Green Arrow, I’ll get that right out to you. Thanks for the comments!
Kwip: Bale could skin a cat just with the gleam in his eyes!

What’s up with that dude’s arm?

Just caught up with the series, and it definitely earned a spot in my rss feed! The cast of characters is excellent; I can’t wait till they start butting heads. Onr thing I noticed about the sound effects – the colors really pop out, and also make me notice the color palate you use. I love the blue and yellow tones from today’s page.

evaD: Col. Bale’s arm is a mechanical construct, built to replace the limb he lost in battle.
Simon_H: Thanks, man! Glad you like it. As for the lettering and sound fx, Thomas really does a bang up job. I couldn’t be happier with his work.

I heard somewhere that horses are one of the hardest things to draw.
Bravo, Wokter Fokter.

Apparently the Colonel is not fond of questions from enlisted personnel…

Until now I was thinking he just had on some wicked armor, but Steeven’s comment has made me reconsider – there is probably something ‘special’ about the colonel. It kind of reminds me of Full Metal Alchemist – that is, if I’m even correct about my suspicions…
